Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your Nomad account on the public server and everything synced to it.

This removes your account, saved computers, synced VNC passwords, shares you created, and shares made to your email address. It can't be undone. Computers saved only on a device stay on that device.

Request Deletion by Email

We email you a link to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm. The link expires after 60 minutes.

Or Delete It in the App

  • On a ComputerOpen the Account tab, expand Delete Account, choose Delete Account…, and confirm.
  • On a PhoneOpen Settings, go to Account, tap Delete Account…, and confirm.
